Australian adventures to wild places - untouched and uncrowded!

Imagine a trip where you have the chance to encounter whales breaching below you, sea lions and dolphins swimming around you, kangaroos and emus in the native environment along with wombats and dingoes, hand feed wild giant tuna or even get up close and personal with a Great White Shark!

These are just some of the Wild encounters possible on a 6, 9 or 10 day journey across the great treeless plain of the Nullarbor between Adelaide and Perth. To the majority this raw and wild part of the great Aussie outback is seen as a boring and endless road but to those in the know this part of Australia offers a greater range of possible wildlife encounters in stunning and unique scenery than any other part of the country.

The customers of Nullarbor Traveller are those in the know. They are the ones who smile secretly when others tell how they flew over the top because there is "nothing out there".  Could anything be further from the truth!

The Eyre Peninsula is one of those isolated gems that use this feature to a huge advantage. Lack of mass tourism means the wildlife in this region has remained wild and abundant and local hospitality is still warm and genuine.

Variety is what the Nullarbor Traveller has to offer. Camping in pristine National Parks, farm stays, hostels and even a night in Pub keep each day fresh with new experiences.

One day you are riding a camel like a pioneer, the next you are learning the most Aussie of pastimes - surfing and every day offers the chance encounter with the teeming wildlife that roams free on the Plain, in the coastal parks and in the oceans.

In fact we link three of the top wildlife experiences in Australia together:

Swim with sealions and Dolphins – This experience is just unbelievable. To swim with playful sealions as they frolic in the sheltered waters of Baird Bay is something once done, will never be forgotten! Combine this with a short boat cruise into another part of this marine playground and you are swimming with dolphins as they surf in and out of the bow wave of the boat.

Photograph, feed and swim with Bluefin Tuna – The best way to describe this is like swimming with lightening. The tuna go into frenzy as they are fed and when you jump in the water, it is exhilarating, somewhat daunting and certainly exciting as you feed, photograph and swim with Tuna.

Cage Dive with Great White Sharks – Enter the cage and feel your adrenalin reach its peak – the heart is pounding as the Great White Shark appears – graceful, serenely gliding around the back of the boat before a sudden lunge at the cage leaves you breathless… and for those back on the boat all disappointed as they wish it was them in the cage!

The tours are all inclusive:
