A minimum of 20% of the recommended tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
This deposit can be paid by credit card or cheque.
The balance of the payment is due on the day of travel.
If the booking was made by phone or through the secure booking form on the Nullarbor Traveller website, copies of the receipts will be provided to you at Coodlie Park YHA Farm Retreat - the base for Nullarbor Traveller.

To ensure that we are able to fully cater for your individual needs while on our tour, we recomend that you contact the Nullarbpor Traveller team 48 hours prior to departure on telephone number 1800 816 858 or 08 8687 0455.
By reconfirming your place, our tour may be able to pick you up from your overnight location or direct you to the nearest pick up point. In addition it gives us an opportunity to ensure that we are aware of your dietary needs and whether you need to hire a sleeping bag or that you have your own.
Your call to reconfirm will also allow our team to ensure that you are booked on one or both of the optional experiences available on the tour - swim with sealions and dolphins $120 and the cage dive with great white sharks $495.
Adelaide: Adelaide Bus Terminal, 101 Franklin Street at 7.00 am.
By prior arrangement the tour will pick up from selected Hotels and Hostels in the Central Business District of Adelaide.
Perth: Wellington Street Tourist Coach Rank, OUTSIDE Wellington Street Bus Station at 7.00 am. (across the street from Globe Backpackers).
By prior arrangement the tour will pick up from selected Hotels and Hostels in the Northbridge and Central Business District of Perth.
At the time of confirmation we will be able to decide the best pick up location.

Although the majority of our passengers are aged between 20 - 45 years of age, there is no real age limit. Our tours offer adventure for those who like to get really active, but there is also plenty of opportunity to relax and take in this unique part of Australia.
A reasonable level of fitness is required for the tour.
Nullarbor Traveller recognises the value of being a member of a travel organisation.
Membership benefits apply to the following organisations VIP / YHA / Nomads / Gold Card / Australia Card / ISIC / Other student cards and WWOOF memberships.
On each of our tours, we provide a minimum $5 per day membership.
- The 10 Day Adelaide to Perth Tour is $1450 and with membership benefits is $1395
- The 9 Day Perth to Adelaide Tour is $1295 and with membership benefits is $1250
- The 6 Day Secrets of Eyre Peninsula Tour $840 and with membership benefits is $795
- The 6 Day Secrets of Esperance Tour is $740 and with membership benefuits is only $695!
All meals are included in the tour price.
All entrance fees, National Park fees, GST and the use of camping equipment, fishing, snorkelling equipments and sandboards are also included.
Accommodation is a mixture of National and Conservation Parks, Bush Camping locations, Farm Retreat and Country Aussie Pub.

What our team has to achieve is to provide the total experiences - no hidden costs and in fact up to $385 is paid to other organisations/tours to make the tour an all inclusive tour.
The only two experiences listed as optional are those that cost over $100:
- Swim with sealions and dolphons $120
- Cage Dive with Great White Sharks $495 [Our travellers still benefit by booking through Nullarbor Traveller with a wetsuit and video highlights package included in the tour price- normally an additional $85]
There are two optipnal experiences on our tours.
- Swim with sea lions and dolphins ($120) - available on the Adelaide to Perth tour, Perth to Adelaide tour and the Secets of Eyre Peninsula tour
- Great White Shark Cage Dive ($495) - available on the Perth to Adelaide tour and the Secrest fo Eyre Peninsula tour
The operators of this tour are unable to guarantee a shark sighting. They are in the wild and as people can appreciate it is not possible to restrict their movements in any way. The operators will do their utmost within specified guidelines to entice them to the area. If the operator is not confident about sighting a shark on the day, the tour will not operate. In the unlikely event, a shark is not seen a 'Return at Half Price Gift Voucher' will be provided to each person.
Accommodation on the tour is a mixture of National Parks, camp grounds (with showers and toilets), bush camps (no facilities), farm retreat and an aussie country pub. When camping we use a 3 person dome tent - max 2 persons per tent. Assistance in setup is available if required.
It is possible to hire a sleeping bag for $20.
We like to be flexible with our camping spots as sometimes weather conditions will dictate the best place to camp. An accommodation upgrade is available for three nights on the Adelaide to Perth and Perth to Adelaide tours for $215 (payable on boarding). Please advise if you would like this upgrade when reconfirming your place on the tour 48 hours prior to departure.
We travel in an air-conditioned Mini Bus (maximum of 21 passengers) with a purpose built camping trailer.
We offer plenty of variety and do our best to provide fresh produce - PLEASE let us know of any special dietary requirements. We also recommend to our passengers who may have a difficult diet to cater for to bring some of their own preferred food for the journey.
Luggage restictions apply of 1 backpack/soft travel bag per person (maximum 15 kg) and 1 piece of hand luggage. Also ensure that walking shoes, water bottle, insect repellant, hat, sunscreen and bathing suits travel in your soft bag on the bus. Don't forget to bring a torch, headlamps and rainproof jacket!
Backpack travel bags that exceed 20 kg will incure a levy of $5.00 per day. Adelaide to Perth $50.00. Perth to Adelaide $45.00
