About Us

People

I have been showcasing this pristine part of Australia for seven years. Prior to 2004 we started to develop from start up our unique accommodation and experience facility on the Eyre Peninsula Coodlie Park Farm Retreat. We have both been involved in hospitality all of our lives and more recently managed and owned a small country Hotel.

The two extended tours (10 Day Adelaide to Perth and 9 Day perth to Adelaide) as well as the Secrets of Eyre Peninsula stop at our property and it gives us, as owners first hand involvement with the tour and the opportunity to meet the people, share a meal, chat around the camp fire and later in the evening, we do a nocturnal wildlife tour - looking for and learning about Australia’s national Emblems wombats, kangaroos and emus!

Look forward to meeting you,

Hassie

Your guide

The tour guide is a very important part of any tour and our guides are chosen very carefully. They must have all the skills to conduct an extended tour in a professional manner and to make sure every passenger has a great time.

It is also important that as a tour guide, they are able to share their experiences with the passengers – Nullarbor Traveller prides itself on being a personalised tour operation.

It is also important that the tour guides are passionate about this unique part of Australia. On the trips commentary is offered in a relaxed way and on a wide range of topics. Early pioneers and Aboriginal history is intermingled with natural history of the regions travelled through, as well as conservation of the different environments. We encourage passengers to be mindful of both the natural and cultural heritage of these precious regions.

 Kangaroo

Nullarbor Traveller started in September 1997 as a way to showcase one of the last great undiscovered journeys in Australia-the coastal route from Adelaide to Perth!

Since then we have taken many people on outback adventures to wild places - swimming and snorkelling with sea lions and dolphins, remote bush camping in swags under the stars, sand boarding on massive dunes, taking in undiscovered spectacular coastline on footprint-free beaches and treetop walks in ancient forests.

Each year we include new awesome experiences to an already full tour schedule.  Last year it was learning to surf, swimming with giant tuna and cage diving with great white sharks.  This year it's a personalised aboriginal cultural exchange in Western Australia.

We now have three of the top wildlife experiences in Australia one tour!

On our tours you will visit wild places untouched by mass tourism and have lots of fun with new friends from around the world who share your sense of adventure.

You will catch up with us at Coodlie Park Farm Retreat - our home, a Wwoof farm and and YHA.

You'll see many kangaroos, wombats and venues in their natural environment... and a view of the stars you will never get in any city.
