Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Nullarbor Traveller reserves the right to substitute vehicles or change itinerary whereve necessary to ensure the operation of the tour. No refund will be paid if different itinerary is offered
• Some activities are run by independent operators and Nullarbor Traveller cannot be held responsible if they are not available
• It would be appreciated if any special Dietary, equipment or health needs can be disclosed when making the booking.
• Due to the extreme isolation and price fluctuations throughout the journey, a fuel levy may be implemented. Notifications of this levy will be advised to passengers at the time of booking
• This Gold Nugget is not refundable or transferable

Liability

• No liability will be accepted for injury, sickness, loss, damage or delay however caused
• Nullabor Traveller recommends that passengers take out travel insurance
• Nullarbor Traveller reserves the right to refuse to carry or continue to carry any passenger, luggage or goods if causing general annoyance
